They were probably made by Otis, since the internal elevators are Otis and there were Otis technicians working on the other elevator. "

If you go to singapore the elevators there are so posh and very very new but the ones at changi int airport are a bit u know old

Nope - the Scenic elevators can only be called from floors 5 and 72, but it does have additional floor buttons for floors 6-9.
